ISB PGPMAX

Program Information

ISB PGPMAX is the new executive MBA program initiated by ISB. It is targeted towards senior executives with 10 to 25 years of experience, whose busy schedules do not permit them to pursue a full-time program. The program is designed for minimal disruption in work and the participants can get quality management education without quitting their jobs.

Apart from the usual courses, a very unique part of the PGPMAX program is the collective learning experiences of the participants and the rich peer perspectives they can share with one another. The cross-industry experience of the participants allows one to understand and assimilate business dynamics of various industries and results in a stimulating learning environment

Requirements

Bachelors degree
Minimum of 10 years of full-time work experience

Format of the program

The program is designed in such a way that it minimizes disruption in work and personal commitments. The program for the academic year 2011-2012 will begin in May 2011 and will go on till October 2012. Students will be on campus every six weeks. i.e. a week of classes will be conducted every 6th week. During the seven days in campus they will have day long classes and the evenings will be spent in guest lectures, class work and group assignments. During the on-campus programme, students will need to stay on campus. The programme also has a three week international immersion programme during which the participants will be attending classes in the US and Brazil in ISB’s partner schools.
